I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although they smelled faintly like stale tickets. The service was friendly and prompt, with staff knocking at our door before checkout time. The location was convenient, being right off i480 North Olmsted/Olmsted Falls Ohio, next to Great Northern Mall and various restaurants. The dining experience was lacking, but the facilities were satisfactory.
